The Geriatric Fracture Program was designed to provide improved care to meet the special needs of the elderly fragility fracture patient.
Research has proven that patient outcomes are improved when multidisciplinary care is provided. The program includes many of the necessary tools to guide a hospital in developing a Geriatric Fracture Program.
